BigBoss88 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Usage Policy

The BigBoss88 platform is a fully digital online sports betting and casino service. All services provided by BigBoss88 are subject to applicable laws and regulations, as well as the operating licence held by the company.

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between BigBoss88 and all platform users, covering all aspects of use including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, betting activity, and all other interactions with the BigBoss88 platform.

BigBoss88 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time with reasonable notice to members via registered email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the BigBoss88 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use the BigBoss88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. BigBoss88 takes its responsibility to protect minors seriously and maintains strict age verification procedures.
• You must be an individual — companies, organisations, or legal entities are not permitted to register as BigBoss88 members.
• You must register under your own true identity and provide accurate, genuine personal information.
• You must act on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party in all betting activities.
• You are not subject to any local legal restrictions that prohibit you from using online betting services in your area of residence.
• You have never previously been terminated, suspended, or banned from the BigBoss88 platform for any breach of terms.

BigBoss88 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify a member's eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) BigBoss88 account only. Holding more than one account ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings without prior notice.

When registering for a BigBoss88 account, you are required to provide the following information accurately and in full:

• Full name as per identity card (MyKad / passport)
• A valid date of birth
• An active email address that you regularly use
• An active Malaysian mobile number
• Bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BigBoss88 account password. All activity that occurs within your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you promptly report any unauthorised access to the BigBoss88 customer service team.

BigBoss88 recommends that you change your password regularly and never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.

BigBoss88 supports a wide range of popular digital payment methods in Malaysia for the convenience of our members. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

Withdrawal Requirements: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the deposit or to a bank account held in the member's own name. BigBoss88 does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts.

For withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000, BigBoss88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing the transaction in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

BigBoss88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to terms and rollover requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new BigBoss88 members on their first deposit only. Rollover requirements are displayed on the respective promotions page.
• Rollover / Turnover: Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the specified rollover requirements (typically 5x to 15x) before any withdrawal can be processed. Cash deposits that do not claim any bonus are not subject to rollover.
• Bonus Time Limit: All BigBoss88 bonuses have an expiry period. Bonuses not used within the stipulated timeframe will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Members may only have one active bonus at a time. Activating a new bonus will automatically cancel any previously active bonus.
• Minimum Bet Requirement: To fulfil a bonus rollover, bets must meet the minimum odds requirement (typically odds of 1.75 or above for Sports Betting, while all casino games qualify at 100% unless otherwise stated).
• BigBoss88's Rights: BigBoss88 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or void any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse or a breach of terms.

All bets placed on the BigBoss88 platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Ultimate Bet: Once a bet has been confirmed by the BigBoss88 system, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or withdrawn by the member. Please review your betting slip carefully before confirming.
• Minimum Bet: Minimum bet amounts vary by game type and are displayed within each game's interface.
• Football Betting: All Malaysia Super League, EPL, and major world league matches are governed by standard 90-minute full-time rules (excluding extra time and penalties unless otherwise specified in the relevant market).
• Badminton Betting: All badminton matches, including BWF tournaments, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, and All England, are governed by the official results of the relevant governing body.
• Odds Change: BigBoss88 reserves the right to adjust odds before a bet is confirmed. Bets will be recorded at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled before 90 minutes of play (for football) or before completion (for other sports), the relevant bets will be voided and stakes returned to the account balance.
• Live Casino: All Live Casino game outcomes (baccarat, roulette, and others) on BigBoss88 are final once the dealer announces the result. No disputes will be entertained after the result has been declared.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BigBoss88 platform and may result in immediate action, including account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one BigBoss88 account (multi-accounting)
• Using another person's identity or personal information to register or verify an account
• Any form of money laundering conducted through the platform
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate games or the BigBoss88 system
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the betting system (collusion)
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities within the BigBoss88 system
• Threatening, abusing, or bullying BigBoss88 customer service staff
• Using funds from illegitimate sources to make deposits
• Filing false or fraudulent betting claims

BigBoss88 takes the privacy and security of member data very seriously. All personal information collected by BigBoss88 is used solely for the purposes of operating our services, verifying identity, and complying with legal requirements.

Members may choose to close their BigBoss88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible account balances will be returned to the member once withdrawal conditions have been met.

BigBoss88 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term within this document
• Suspicion that an account may be involved in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Requests from legal authorities
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (balance will be transferred to an escrow account)
• Death of the account holder (legal heirs must contact us with supporting documents)

BigBoss88 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from service outages or temporary technical issues
• Losses due to poor or unstable internet connection on the user's end
• Any betting outcome arising from inaccurate information provided by third parties
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your password secure

In all circumstances, BigBoss88's maximum liability to any member is limited to the amount of the most recent deposit made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.
